VortexPC Warranty

• Items supplied by VortexPC are provided with 1 year Parts & Labour Return to base warranty from date of sale. Warranty does not cover any cosmetic damage. Warranty only covers problems related to any defective hardware supplied by us. Software or faults unrelated to the hardware are excluded from the warranty. Items can only be returned to base on prior authorization by VortexPC. Goods must be returned in appropriate packaging as we cannot accept liability for damage incurred through unsuitable packaging. Should a returned item be found to have no fault then a £10.00 inspection charge will be levied. In all cases of a fault we will endeavour to repair the defective part (s) or replace them with items of similar specification. In all circumstances the buyer, as per industry standards, is responsible for transit (both ways). We will not entertain any claim which results from misuse or damage other than fair wear and tear. All components are serialised during assembly and tampering or removal of components invalidates this warranty.
• VortexPC must in the first instance be notified in writing by e-mail of any problem occurring. BURN OUT DUE TO OVER CLOCKING THE CPU AND BENT PINS ARE NOT COVERED IN THE WARRANTY.
