Shipping Policy


  • Items will normally be shipped within 3 working days after cleared payment is received. Cheques and postal orders take 5 working days to clear after they are banked.
  • The buyer is responsible for postage/courier costs(inbound/outbound).
  • Delivery cost includes shipment to mainland UK using the next working day delivery service of royal mail Couriers. Shipment charges cover courier costs, insurance, packaging and administration charges.
  • All items sold are in stock in the UK and we endeavour to dispatch the item within 1-3 working days of cleared funds being received by us. It is most important that the external packaging of the item is checked for damage, on receipt from the couriers BEFORE signing for the shipment. We are unable to accept claims for damage if the courier obtains a clean signature for the goods. Any items arriving damaged must be reported in writing by e-mail within 3 days of receipt of item, otherwise the claim will be dealt with as a standard RTB Warranty claim.


Returns Policy


  • We do not offer refunds on items once delivered except if they are reported as faulty within 10 days of delivery. As such please click the buy now button only if you are sure that this is the item you want and that it is compatible with your other hardware.
  • After 10 days a defective item should be reported to the manufacturer and the terms and conditions of the manufacturer's warranty will apply.
  • In case of hardware faults, please send email detailing the issue and wait for returns authorization from us before returning any items.
  • Testing of returned products can take up to 10 days.
  • Customer is responsible for shipping charges and risk of damage or loss on all returning shipments.
  • The above terms and conditions do not affect the customer's statutory rights.
